Le Velo Café’ is to create a community-friendly café & bar at Wentworth Point Sydney. The café located at a warehouse converted into a waterfront apartment’s ground floor. The design focuses on a bike-friendly café, which accommodates the bike repair shop and local artists' exhibition space. The space planning requires indoor and outdoor seating areas within the venue’s boundaries.

This project is prioritized to technical detail in Revit and produced detail sections of floor plans and joinery structures in 3D and 2D documentation to communicate with builders and electrician technicians. Lighting structure and RCP system to plan in accordance with NCC and BCA.
